## Who we are

This website, doccure.io, is run by Dreams Technologies Hub Private Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13526602. Our registered office is 81 Randall Drive, Hornchurch, RM12 6TA, United Kingdom. We trade as Dreams Technologies, with offices at City Business Centre, 11a Lower Road, London SE16 2XB, United Kingdom, and 22, Sri Kanchi Nagar, Cheranmanagar, Coimbatore 641035, India (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at <hr@dreamstechnologies.com>.

This policy covers visitors to doccure.io and people who contact us. It does not cover patient data held in the Doccure platform by our customers. For that data our customer (the clinic, lab, pharmacy or other organisation) is the controller and we process it on their behalf under our agreement with them. Doccure is HIPAA-ready and GDPR-ready. We sign a BAA. See our [Trust Center](/trust-center/) for how the platform protects it.

## What we collect

- **Details you send us** through our demo, pricing, sign-up and discovery-call forms: name, work email, phone number, organisation name, country, type of business, project details, timeline, budget range and your message.
- **Messages** you send us by email or WhatsApp, and notes from calls and demos.
- **Usage data** from cookies and similar technologies, if you allow them: pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the website or advert that brought you to us.
- **Spam-protection data**: Google reCAPTCHA checks how the forms are used to tell people from bots.

## Why we use it, and our legal basis

- To answer your enquiry, arrange a demo, prepare a quote and set up your account: to take steps at your request before a contract, and to perform our contract with you.
- To follow up about Doccure with people who asked us about it: our legitimate interest in growing our business. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure and improve the website and our advertising: your consent, where the law requires it, otherwise our legitimate interest.
- To keep the website and forms secure and free of spam: our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties: legal obligation.

## Cookies and tracking

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure visits and enquiries, the Meta pixel and Google Ads to measure our adverts, Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms. reCAPTCHA is needed for the forms to work. The others are optional.

If you visit from the United Kingdom or Europe, we ask you first, and optional cookies are only set if you choose Accept. Elsewhere, they are on by default. You can change your choice at any time from [Cookie settings](#cookie-settings), which is also linked in the footer of every page. Your choice is kept in a cookie for six months. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

## Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our sales process, under contracts that require them to protect it: Microsoft Azure (website hosting), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), our email delivery provider, Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA, Google Calendar for booking calls, and Google Workspace, where form enquiries are recorded), Meta (advertising measurement, WhatsApp) and Microsoft (Clarity). We may also share it where the law requires, or with a buyer if our business is sold.

## International transfers

Our team works from the United Kingdom and India, and some providers process data in the United States. When personal data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we protect it with an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

## How long we keep it

- Enquiries and form submissions that do not lead to a contract: 30 days after our last contact with you.
- Analytics data: 2 months, the shortest period Google Analytics offers.
- If you become a customer, your contact and billing records: for the length of the contract and afterwards for as long as tax and company law requires (six years in the UK).

## Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023), you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email <hr@dreamstechnologies.com> and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

In India, you can raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer at <hr@dreamstechnologies.com> or by post to 22, Sri Kanchi Nagar, Cheranmanagar, Coimbatore 641035.

## Children

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data through it.
